When you decide to rent your property through Nested, you’ll have the option to choose from our let-only service or opt for one of our management packages - either full management or rent collection.

Once your listing is looking top-notch, it’s time to launch your property. We advertise all of our properties on Rightmove, Zoopla and across various social media platforms to help you find the right tenant.

When the enquiries start flooding in, we’ll keep you updated as to how we’re getting on. Before scheduling a viewing, we’ll carefully qualify each person to make sure they fit your chosen criteria.
Viewings will be booked as soon as possible, whilst working around your or your tenant's schedule - and after the viewing, valuable and thorough feedback will be shared with you.

100% of our agents' pay is based on what your property lets for, so we'll work much harder than a traditional agent to negotiate the best possible offers.
