When you apply, we first have a conversation with you over the phone. The goal here is for us to learn a little more about you and for you to ask any questions you may have to see if we're a good fit.
A more in-depth interview with the hiring manager or a short exercise. NB. for some engineering roles this exercise may come before the initial phone interview.
The third and final stage is a working interview. This is a great way for you to see a day in the life at Nested. It also allows us to get a feel for the way you work. We think that's a win-win.
