Our company values
We’re a company that’s led by our values, with a strong focus on our customers and team
Our values are important to us and guide everything we do, from product development to hiring. You can read them in full here
We always go out of our way to help, whether it’s one of our team or a customer
E.g. we provide a £1000 training budget per year for each of our employees
We believe the best output comes from smaller, talented, autonomous teams
I.e. we only make a hire if the candidate will improve the average level of the team
Honesty enables our team and customers to make truly informed decisions
E.g. We give honest and regular feedback even if it’s painful to give/receive
We care about our people
We value having a team of diverse experiences and backgrounds
As an equal opportunities employer, we are committed to doing the right thing.
Our hiring process consists of three key steps
Our hiring process is thorough, to ensure we make the right decision and to help you to decide if we're the right fit for you
Initial phone interview
The goal here is for us to learn a little more about you and for you to ask any questions you may have to see if we're a good fit.
A more in-depth interview with the hiring manager or a short exercise.
NB. for some engineering roles this exercise may come before the initial phone interview.
This is a great way for you to see a day in the life at Nested. It also allows us to get a feel for the way you work. We think that's a win-win.
What happens after the working interview?
We will get back to you ASAP with our decision and we will always provide feedback, no matter the outcome. If the hiring team give you the thumbs up we'll give you a call and tell you the good news plus your next steps.
We are always on the lookout for talented people to come and join our team.
Take a look at our open roles below, if there's nothing that suits what you are looking for we'd still love to hear from you. Please send your CV and covering letter to firstname.lastname@example.org.
