What do you love most about your home?

We love the light and space of the open plan downstairs - it's a great space to live in. There's loads of handy storage throughout the house, including in the loft conversion bedroom. It's a very tranquil room, especially in summer when you can lie in bed and only see trees in leaf - not bad for London. We have found the side access from the end of terrace really useful for getting bikes, barbecues and plants into the garden, which slopes downhill so isn't overlooked from the rear. The patio gets morning sun which is great for weekend breakfasts.

Why are you moving?

We've recently had another child, and we're after some more space.

What do you love about the area?

We are right next door to King George's Park, which has tennis courts and two kids' playgrounds. There's lots of green space within easy reach which has been invaluable in 2020, even though we have a big garden. We're able to get into central London pretty easily with several transport options (tube from East Putney or Southfields, or mainline train from Wandsworth Town or Putney), and there is a bus stop just round the corner that gets you quickly to Clapham Junction. We have family outside London, and visiting them is really easy as we are not far from the A3.
