What do you love about the property?
The kitchen-diner area is a great place to enjoy a morning coffee. In Summer, the sun shines all the way through the house via the bi-fold doors, which is really pleasant and relaxing inside after enjoying a BBQ in the garden!

Why are you moving?
We wanted to move closer to our parents and Heathrow airport for work travel.

What do you love most about the area?
Being close to Bushey station is great as it's only a 20 minute journey to London. At the same time, the area has a nice village feel with plenty of pubs and a lovely coffee shop on Villiars Road. There's also lots of green space on the doorstep, which is great for weekend walks and runs. For shopping, it's a 15 minute walk (or 3 minutes on the overground) to Watford town centre which has everything you need. Best of all, the neighbours are lovely. There genuinely is a great community on Grover Road, which we are sad to leave.
