It's very light and airy, and the living space with the open kitchen is great for socialising. You get a beautiful view of the sunset in the evenings out the bedroom window. The utility room and space on the landing is great for extra storage, hanging and drying clothes, and not having the noise of the washing machine in the flat.

Why are you moving?
I am moving to Amsterdam to do a PhD.

What do you love about the area?
There are lots of great food venues. The Ginger Pig is (a butcher) is just across the road, Som Tam Thai is a delicious and has a very affordable lunch menu, and Laveli Bakery is perfect for brunch. Three supermarkets are within a couple of minutes walk. The garden at the Eagle pub nearby is also a great place to hang out with friends. There are a few parks and green spaces just a short walk from the flat, and lots of yoga studios nearby. Also, because it's close to lots of different bus stops and tube stations, you can get on almost any underground line quite easily, and the proximity of Westfield means you don't have to go far to get clothes etc. It's 13 minutes walk from Stamford Brook
