What do you love most about your home?
We absolutely love having our own entrance and front door, this is so unusual for properties in this price range. From the moment you enter the place is to yourself, not having untidy and cramped communal spaces is such a winner for us!
We are also very grateful for having our own private parking space. Not only does it save a fortune but you can't put a price on the convenience and security as well.
We also love all the work we have done to the flat, putting in a new kitchen and bathroom means we don't have to worry about a thing and it's all done to a really high standard. Down to having a Ring doorbell and all the heating connected to Nest, everything about living here is smooth and modern. However this just adds to the gorgeous original features which is why we bought it in the first place. We love the high ceilings, original windows and floors which give the place so much character and let the light pour in all day.

Why are you moving?
I am now buying with my partner and we are looking for more space to grow together.

What do you love about the area?
We love the area. Being next to Myatts Fields which is a beautiful place with a really special community atmosphere - but the fact we have the convenience of Brixton and Camberwell which we use all the time as well to go out for dinner. Being able to walk to the Thameslink, tube or the local bus stop which gets you to Waterloo in minutes or Covent garden in 25 means this flat is perfectly situated for local living and also central living. We use our local coffee shop, Annapurna almost every day for their daily lunch specials, evening dinner pop ups or just to get delicious drinks to stroll around the park with.
