Location is very convenient for shopping, transport, green spaces and eating out; bright large rooms that are spread out - offer space (enough for working from home too) and privacy to residents (in our case family members); free parking available via Resident Permit; bike sheds available to rent on the estate.
2) Why are you moving? My daughters have moved out and it's too big for one person, so need to downsize.
3) What do you love about the area? There are many bus routes on the doorstep, Victoria and Northen line about 10-15 min walk respectively, numerous restaurants and caffes nearby, Van Gogh is the favourite, acros the road, with free wi-fi and outside space; Kennigton Park is walking distance and popular with morning joggers and outdoor gym. Brockwell Park is a short bus ride (or cycle) away with many hidden gems to uncover (duck pond and Secret Rose Garden).
