Full description

Accommodation comprises entrance hall with stripped wood flooring (evident through much of the property), leading into the bright and spacious reception room with wide feature shuttered bay, ample space for relaxing, entertaining and dining, and open through to the separate well equipped kitchen. The kitchen itself, with space for table and chairs, comprises a modern range of matching wall and base units with work surfaces and metro-tiled splash-back, incorporating inset sink unit, gas hob with overhead extractor and electric oven below, and further space for appliances. There are two well sized double bedrooms, each with inbuilt storage, and with en-suite shower, plus a useful dressing area/study with bay to the inviting master. A stylish family bathroom with contemporary style white three piece suite and elegant metro-tiling completes the generous accommodation.

The property is very conveniently located in the heart of vibrant Brixton, within a short walk of overground and underground stations providing excellent links into Central London. There are numerous regular bus routes, as well as shops, bars, restaurants and amenities, in addition to indoor markets and the site of the famous O2 Brixton Academy music venue.

SELLERS COMMENTS
What do you love most about your home?
This property has SO much character with the high ceilings, wood floorboards and semi-open layout. We love having our friends and family round to socialise inside and out, with great places to eat and drink nearby too. Importantly, we have found it really comfortable to both work from home from this past year with 2 good office spaces and parks nearby for breaks.

Why are you moving?
We are moving cities to Brighton because of work and family - there is nowhere else in London we would prefer to live than here.

What do you love about the area?
We have never lived somewhere with everything we need and want so nearby; local shops, local cafes, gym, swimming pool, restaurants, bars and clubs all within 5 mins. It is also an easy walk up to Brockwell Park which we love. Brixton is so well connected, this property in particular, that we can also easily visit other places when we want.
