1. What do you love most about your home?
The flat could not better positioned to receive plenty of light from both fronts given the large windows. It is flooded with light from early morning to late evening and the balcony, being a large balcony and facing south; takes in light for about 10 hours during the summer. It is something we have very much taken advantage of during our time here.

2. Why are you moving?
We want to move because we our daughters are growing up and need more space. The older one especially is a talented artist who needs to have more space for herself. My wife also is a flowers lover who would like to have a full garden.

3. What do you love about the area?
Brixton is a place full of life that we will 100% miss. Absolutely everything that you may need in your day to day life you can find it with a 6 or 7 minute walk from the flat. Restaurants, Bars, retail shops, food supermarkets and the market are all just there to enjoy. You also could not have better transport connections and given that the flat is located equidistantly from both Brixton and Stockwell tube stations, you have access to two tube lines (Victoria and Northern) and numerous buses to both the West End and The City, again, all within a 6/7 minute walk.
