Comments from the owner:

What do you love most about your home?

I love that the flat is very calm and bright with a west facing balcony which is a great sun trap for afternoon/evening sun.  Spacious with lots of built in storage and high ceilings.

Why are you moving?

I'm moving for a bit more space and a garden, having been here for 10 years its time for a change but I would love to stay local if possible.

What do you love about the area?

Vauxhall is extremely central with Brixton, Clapham, Battersea Park and Victoria all within a half hour walk or short bus ride.  Hidden gems like Brunswick House, the Canton Arms, Newport Street Gallery and the Garden Museum are all nearby and loved by locals. As well as the old favourites there is so much new exciting development happening which is sure to bring even more culture and excellent dining to the area!
