What do you love most about your home/property?
It's modern and self-contained, with everything finished to a high spec meaning low maintenance is required. The flat has large windows allowing for plenty of natural light and the building is newly restored but they kept the older exterior bricks which we love. The location is fantastic and it serves all our needs - being walkable to Clapham and Brixton is a massive plus.
Why are you selling?
We are moving out of London to be closer to friends and family.
What do you love about the area?
The location is the number one reason we bought the property - fantastic transport links with Clapham Common, Clapham North and Brixton tube stations all within a short distance. Plus, lots of bus routes on the door step. The multitude of food and drink places makes us spoilt for choice. The Coach and Horses pub across the road, is one of our favourites in London. The variation in atmosphere and culture between Brixton, Abbeville and Clapham itself provides something for everyone and there's always something going on. The flat is also within walking distance to Clapham Common and Brockwell Park offering plenty of green space.
