Comments from the owner:
What do you love most about your home?
We love our spacious comfy living room. It has been recently refurbished and completely redecorated and it is the room that we spend most time in. We also have a spacious master bedroom with south-western oriented windows that allows light in during daytime and keeps the room dark at night. Our second bedroom is quite large as well which accommodates a work-from-home setup, as well as a double bed for guests and visitors. We have a large shed that we use to store our bikes and large items and we have a communal parking space which often has vacant spots.

Why are you moving?
We have loved living in Edinburgh Court and it has served both me and my brother, who lived here previously, really well as a base in London. However, it is time for us to make the move out of London and find a place with a bit more space and settle down closer to our families.

What do you love about the area?
The proximity to the Co-op has been a lifesaver on many occasions particularly when you're in need of a chocolate fix! In terms of transportation links, our flat is located between three major lines: Overground to Waterloo, Northern line, and District line that makes it easy to travel into central London. Wimbledon and Kingston are both very close by which is ideal for shopping or nights out. We really love this area as it has numerous routes for cycling to London's most beautiful locations and parks including Wimbledon Common, Richmond Park and Hampton Court. We have also particularly enjoyed the November fireworks which take place every year in Morden Park which is a 5 minute walk from the flat.
