What do you love most about your home?
It is a very comfortable, warm home. It has been lovely restored into a family home over the last 3 year and has been designed to be very useable and to maximise the space (ie. an additional shower room was added so the master bedroom could have its own en-suite). We also love the garden which has been landscaped and has been a much-needed outdoor retreat during the pandemic.

Why are you moving?
After nearly 15 years living in London, we are leaving the city for the country. We have loved making the most of what London has to offer, but now we are looking to enjoy what the countryside has to offer, including a bit more space for our future family.

What do you love about the area?
It is equal distance from Brixton, Streatham and West Norwood, but we are tucked away in the middle where it is not too busy or noisy. It is also a very quiet, residential and safe area. And there is great coffee only a 10 minute walk away - in either direction!
