What do you love most?
The large eat-in kitchen, big enough to host lots of friends for dinner. We fully renovated the kitchen with new wooden floors, double oven and Corian worktop. The flat is on the top of the building spread across two floors, which makes it feel very safe and like a proper house perched above central London. Plus the sunsets from the kitchen and bedroom at the front of the building are fantastic!

Why are you selling?
Changes in our jobs over the last two years has meant that we are able to move closer to family in Gloucestershire. We've loved living in London for the last decade, but time has come for us to relocate.

What do you love about the area?
Pimlico is like a quiet village right in the heart of central London with many wonderful independent shops and restaurants nearby along Lupus Street and Wilton Road. It also benefits from being within walking distance of the two newly opened shops and restaurants at Battersea Power Station and recently redeveloped Victoria. It's only a 15 minute stroll to Buckingham Palace and a 15 minute cycle to offices in the City along the cycle superhighway.
