Comments from the owner:
What do you love most about your home?
We love that it feels so spacious despite being a flat; the rooms are generously sized, especially the master bedroom. The flat is bright and benefits from excellent natural light throughout the day. We love sitting out on our balcony in the late evening during the warmer months. Overall it's a space that you can really make your own and add character to, whatever your style.
Why are you moving?
We are moving to upsize as we now have two small children, and are in need of a bit more space.
What do you love about the area?
We are brilliantly placed within a few minutes walk to Wimbledon train station and the town centre; equally we are well placed to access open space such as Wimbledon Common and Dundonald Park. We are within the catchment area for Wimbledon Chase Primary School, which is rated Ofsted outstanding and is sought after, and there are several other private schools on Edge Hill just opposite to us. We like to have brunch in Wimbledon Village, our favourite place is Brew Cafe. Saucer and Cup on Arthur Road also do a great flat white. Two of the best golf courses in South East England are within a 5-10 minute drive, and true to form, there are a variety of affordable tennis clubs very close to the building.
