Some words from the owner:
What do you love most about your home/property?
We love how much space there is, especially given it's in Central London. The windows and high ceilings make it bright. The front door is also very private and it feels more like a home than a flat due to your own entrance...not to mention the full-sized American-style fridge and washer and dryer. The added bonus of the laundry room and pantry/cellar with storage had made it perfect for drying clothes without having to use the rest of the house. There are heated floors in the bathrooms for the cooler mornings. Both room sizes are large with the added benefit of an en-suite.
Why are you selling?
We have moved country and won't be returning to London.
What do you love about the area?
We are minutes away from Spencer Park which is great for dogs and kids and much less busy than Wandsworth or Clapham Common. We are a short walk from Clapham Junction station which takes you anywhere in minutes. There are also buses but it is usually faster to walk. We love Northcote road but also the equal distance to Wandsworth Town so we have the best of both worlds. On Northcote, we have the best coffee shops, restaurants, shops and workout studios - not to mention some of the best schools.
