What do you love most about your home?
We love that it's so bright and open, even in the Winter months. With South facing sliding doors opening up onto the balcony where can enjoy a meal or a drink on the warmer days. Being set back from the road makes it a nice peaceful place to live with friendly neighbours who are always up for a chat. Having an allocated car parking space in an underground car park makes coming home much less stressful knowing you will have a space near to your home, plus no need to defrost the windscreen in winter.

Why are you moving?
After spending 4 years in this flat we are now looking for somewhere bigger to start a family. Married in 2019 so now need the space to allow kids to run around and cause havoc.

What do you love about the area?
On the door step of Wandsworth common, we have acres of lovely green space to spend time and forget how close to the centre of London you are. 10 minute walk to a shopping centre in Wandsworth and 10 minutes walk to the Northcoate road in Battersea, we have excellent shopping, restaurants and night life all on our doorstep. A direct bus or short walk to Clapham Junction from more or less out front means you can get into central London in 25minutes or less and from there the world.
