What do you love most about your home?
The natural light that comes into the flat through large windows is great making it seem bright even on gloomy days. The separate kitchen which is uncommon in properties of this size is a big draw for anyone who cooks many of their meals. The flat is also generally in very good condition and really efficient in its use of space making it feel larger than it is whilst also being very cosy. Second bedroom is also very handy and has in the past served as baby room, yoga room, afternoon sunbathing room and more recently as a work from home office !

Why are you moving?
After 9 years in this property we now need a larger space as a hopefully growing family. We very much love the area so intend on finding something bigger in the vicinity.

What do you love about the area?
Wonderful area that we hope to stay around. Firstly the very close proximity to the large King George's park (less than 1min walk) with its tennis courts and play areas as well. The location is ideally located with great public transport links to access all of the city, central London and south west hot spots like Wimbledon village and Clapham. Many amenities exist within walking distance not just for supermarkets and the like (2 big supermarkets and south side shopping mall less than 5min walk away) but for cafes, pubs and restaurants. Our favourite coffee shop Story Cafe to name one is close by and great for morning coffee or long Saturday brunches and there is a large choice of restaurants across Putney and Wandsworth within walking distance it to mention the many river side pubs with beer gardens also very close. Finally, the best part of living in the south west is the sheer amount of greenery and very large parks all easily accessible with a special recommendation to try out the famous Wandle walking trail that begins next to the flat!
