Both Tooting Broadway (Northern Line) and Tooting mainline stations are less than 10 mins walk. Long lease (155 years) and no chain. Comments from the vendor: What do you love most about your home? We fell in love with the beautiful sun-drenched lounge - over 5 meters wide, right across the front of the house. We spent many lazy Saturday mornings just relaxing with a coffee on the sofas, and it′s a perfect place to unwind with a glass of wine in the evening. We often had friends round for dinner; there′s plenty of space for a proper dining table along with the lounge furniture. Everything just felt wonderfully spacious. That′s also why we liked the two full-sized double bedrooms. Most of the time we used the second bedroom as a study, but we also had visitors to stay on the extra double bed. What do you love about the area? We loved living in Tooting. It′s such a vibrant place - there are dozens of shops along the High Street and on the Broadway, along with several gyms.
