It's a spacious flat with great storage space and the light pours in through the front side of the flat (south facing). The garden space has been great to meet friends and relax in the sunshine.

The nearby Tooting market is great for food and drinks and meeting friends for a night out. There are lots of independent coffee shops and bakeries, lots of great pubs and diverse dining options. Green spaces closeby, including playgrounds. It's a 5 minute walk to the Northern Line, with bus stops nearby, making it easy to go out in central London and feel safe walking home.
