I have moved West, out of London, for love. Lived here for 12 years and loved it.

Logistics! 10 minute walk to Mitcham Eastfields for the Thameslink up to Farringdon & Kings Cross. 10 minutes walk to Streatham Common Station for fast trains to Balham, Clapham Junction, Victoria and London Bridge. Bus to Brixton. 15 minutes cycle to Balham. Only a 15 minute drive to Ikea - perfect for new buyers!
Azzurri Pizzeria 5 minutes walk for an amazing pizza. The Railway pub for a really nice local pub. Lidl, Sainsburys and Coop all close by.
It's just a super convenient location - all the essentials are nearby and there's great travel links to get most places in London.
