What do you love most about your home/property?
I love the views from the front windows across South London, which give some great sunsets. I like that it's a purpose built block so the rooms are a good size, but as there are only 7 flats in the block in total it feels homely.
Why are you selling?
I'm moving out of London to be closer to family.
What do you love about the area?
The location is perfect for me - a short walk to West Norwood for direct trains to London Bridge, but also good bus links to Clapham, and Streatham Hill which is very close too. It's great to have Streatham Common nearby, with the lovely Rookery Gardens and Cafe.
