What do you love most about your home?
Firstly, we love the security of living in a new build which is gated and has security cameras. There is a excellent caretaker who looks after the development with great care and attention. We have our own private west facing patio aswell as large communal gardens to enjoy. Our neighbours are all lovely and there is a real sense of community. There is even a WhatsApp group for the Putney Rise Mums which is very handy! We have found having our own secure parking space very useful, particularly as there is large lift which is very useful with the pram and our children.
Why are you moving?
We are moving because we would like to now live closer to our families who are out of London.
What do you love about the area?
We love our two locals which have both just gone under total renovations. We love how green the area is - we have Putney and Wimbledon Commons right on our doorsteps so within minutes you can feel like you are in the middle of the countryside whilst still being in Zone 2! Putney High Street has everything you need from H&M to Waitrose and there are great pubs on the river for a delicious Sunday Roast. We also love that we are close to the A3 so can be out of London quickly at the weekend.

The property is enviably located on the edge of Putney Heath, close to an array of fashionable bars, cafes and shops, as well as the lovely open spaces of the heath itself. Putney town centre is also just a short distance away with excellent transport links from both Putney mainline, and East Putney underground stations. The area is well served by numerous regular bus routes, and Putney provides a further abundance of shops, bars, restaurants and amenities.
