What do you love most about your home?
We will never beat where the apartment is located, right beside Clapham Common and only 1 minute walk to Clapham South tube station, it's an amazing location! We love that it's so safe and the best part about the apartment is that it's so convenient in so many ways. The apartment is relatively newly built and we love that it has underfloor heating so you never have to think about it being cold, and it has great soundproofing so it is always quiet. No doubt our favorite part of the apartment is the large patio area where we have BBQs and have our friends over to dinner or relax in our hammock reading a book in the sun.

Why are you moving?
We're moving to buy a house in a different part of London.

What do you love about the area?
The park! Clapham common is basically your back garden, all year you can go there for picnics in the summer, playing tennis in the courts around the corner or get involved in any of the number of sports followed by a drink in the local pubs. The apartment is a short walk to Balham, Clapham High Street, Clapham Junction where you can find every pub, cafe and restaurant under the sun! Our personal favourite is the italian restaurant and The Common Room cafe for breakfast directly across the road from the apartment complex. Within a 2 minute walk there is an M&S, Sainsbury's, Tesco and Co-Op - you won't be short on easy shops to access.
