What do you love most about your home?
We love the cosy feel of the property, tucked up and away from the rest of the building, it is lovely and quiet. It also benefits from the double aspect and with the large windows on either side it is light and spacious. It is great for entertaining friends in the large sitting room and with two good sized bedrooms it works for both families and flat sharers. The gated aspect of Battersea Village provided us with additional security reassurance and the porters help to keep everything ship shape with a 24 hour presence.

Why are you moving?
We are moving out of London due to changing work commitments and so are very sad to have to leave the flat behind.

What do you love about the area?
We love this part of London especially as Battersea Village is located on a quiet road with the benefit of off street parking. The square behind the village is full of wonderful shops and restaurants and you are within easy reach of Clapham and Chelsea for even more shopping, good pubs and nightlife haunts. In addition to this, Battersea Park is just around the corner with the zoo, multiple playgrounds and playing fields, hidden tropical gardens and great child friendly café spots. The river walks are wonderful whatever the season but especially rewarding after a great river pub lunch!
The transport links are fantastic. With Clapham Junction train station just a 10 minute walk away you have access to all of London. The bus routes are also very good with direct buses to Wandsworth, Victoria, Chelsea and the city. From the flat we had quick and easy access to the A3 and A40 for routes out of town to visit family for the weekend.
