What do you love most about your home?
The apartment is very bright whatever the weather, which makes it very pleasant to live in, especially when working from home. The main living room is large (47m2) and gives direct access to a gigantic terrace (60m2) which we fully enjoy almost 8 months in the year. The 2 bedrooms are a great size; each with their own bathroom, especially the master suite. The apartment is located on the top floor with very few neighbours, it is a guarantee of great calm and safety.
Why are you moving?
We leave with regret for a return to France, after 9 years spent in London. The children have finished their studies and new career opportunities in France have led us to make this difficult but wise decision.
What do you love about the area?
Without hesitation, we love the park of Battersea which is, in our opinion, the most beautiful park in London which is located just 50 meters from the apartment (after abusing too much of the terrace!) Then, the many accesses to public transport (underground, bus, bike…), the walking distance to the Kings Road, Victoria and Clapham districts (20 minutes each) which make the address, a central hub to easily reach everything that makes the charm of London. Finally, the wide choice of shops open 7/7 (supermarkets, dry cleaner, restaurants, cafes....) which makes our life easy in this neighbourhood and which will be further developed with the opening of the new big shopping centre of Battersea Power Station, again within walking distance
