What do you love most about your home?




Lets start with the view, that can't be built in front of. From the bedrooms to the open plan living area to the balcony, you have the most wonderful view east to the city. Excellent for New Year's Eve and the firework celebrations.




Having the living area split in a T-shape. It means that the dining area can be separate from the kitchen, and the island helps separate from the sitting room. So you have all the benefits of open plan, and the benefits of three separate rooms.




Being a modern build flat, with comfort cooling etc. means the current hot summers won't cause you discomfort. Even if you have just got hot and sweaty in the included building gym, or just been on a ride and returned your bike to included underground secure bike storage. Having a 24/7 concierge to collect parcels and ensure that no one comes up that you don't want up is a great comfort to my wife, when I have been away.




Why are you moving?




We have moved into a house with our young family, and just need more space. We had wanted to hold onto it for years, as our London property. But not all dreams come true.




What do you love about the area?




There is so much to love. Within the build is an awesome gym, and amazing community, including Whatsapp group, regular drinks in Battersea Square, and group BBQs.




Near by is a free to use tennis court, socialising in Battersea Square eateries and bars that spill out onto the square at brunch and night. Then just a short walk is Battersea park with a host of activities. Then the Power Station and Sloane Square, both offering socialising, exercising, and shopping galore.




There is also fantastic news that the council has approved the building of a footbridge from Lombard Wharf to Imperial Wharf and is just currently looking for a sponsor to pay and name the bridge after. Which will make Lombard Wharf even better connected to local transport, which is already only a short walk to Clapham Junction Station, or excellent buses to Sloane Square, Vauxhall, Clapham or Wandsworth
