What do you love most about your property? I'd say the location of the flat and it being on the ground floor makes it super convenient for access. It also has a great size lounge with the potential to open it all up.
What do you love about the area? The proximity to Lewisham station and Elverson road for the DLR means its great for commuting into London Bridge, Bank and Canary Wharf. Sparrow on the high st is a fantastic little restaurant and a stand out in SE London. The Lewisham market on a weekend is a hive of activity. Really close to Greenwich and Blackheath which are full of restaurants, cafes and pubs/bars. Walking distance from Hilly Fields and Ladywell/Brockley - really artsy area. The Lewisham shopping centre is on the doorstep with a host of well-known brands. Huge Tesco, Asda and Sainsburys within walking distance. The Brookmill pub on the same road as the development is a gem of a pub with a good size outdoor terrace and live bands/ quizzes during the week.
Accommodation comprises entrance hall with inbuilt storage, leading into the bright and spacious reception room with ample space for relaxing and dining, and door through to the separate kitchen. The area is also well served by lovely open spaces including Brookmill Park and Greenwich Park with the famous Royal Observatory also within easy reach.
