What do you love most about the flat? The flat is a delightful, self-contained studio with enormous character, including a small private patio, kitchen and bathroom. The main room has mullioned windows looking out on to the beautifully-tendered cloister garden where residents can sit and read or have picnics.   Living in the flat means being part of a welcoming and friendly group of residents who all feel privileged to be part of this architecturally unique, listed development. The Cloister is accessed through an ancient, communal Gothic portico, with a secure electronic access panel. This gives the place a great sense of history as well as security. Living here you feel part of something very special.  




What do you love about the area? Camberwell is one of London's central 'villages' and a true hidden gem, an area of extraordinary architectural character and community spirit. Brunswick Park is two streets away, the famous South London Gallery is almost at the end of the street, there are many other beautiful parks (such as Burgess Park) in easy walking distance plus cafes, restaurants and all the shops you need within a few minutes' walk. Camberwell Green is 10 mins' walk, from which there are excellent transport links direct to the central London.
