What do you love most about your home? I love the bright and spacious living room which was the first thing that attracted me to the property. It has a great amount of daylight all day due to the floor to ceiling windows and is also large enough to be able to create separate areas for relaxation, dining or working. The sizable balcony is a fantastic spot for a leisurely weekend breakfast and another of my favourite features has to be the walk-in wardrobe in the bedroom which makes it super easy to keep everything tidy.

Why are you moving? I've decided to move away from London to be closer to friends and family who live up north.

What do you love about the area? I have loved getting to know Camberwell over the 5 years I've been here. On top of all the usual amenities you'd expect it has a real vibrancy and community spirit. There is a brilliant range of local cafes, pubs and restaurants but also some really nice parks, with Burgess Park a 5 minute walk away and Brunswick Park just round the corner. I've become a regular at the weekend farmer's market on Camberwell Green to pick up fresh produce and I also enjoy swimming at Camberwell Leisure Centre which is just a 3 minute walk away. On top of all that, the South London Gallery and annual arts festival provide a good dose of culture too! And of course Camberwell is very well connected to central London and has Brixton, Dulwich and Peckham all walkable (or easily accessible by bus) for further shopping and eating options.
