Comments from the owner: What do you love most about your home? We love the flat with its open plan social layout and light filled rooms. We also have appreciated the fact that both bedrooms are good sized doubles, and the flat having plenty of storage. The balcony gets the afternoon sun and is a perfect spot for an after work glass of wine. The flat feels very homely and we have lovely neighbours. Why are you moving? We are moving to be closer to family. What do you love about the area? Where to start! On our street there are some brilliant cafes, restaurants and bars, and Tesco couldn’t be any more convenient! Forest Hill is just 10 minutes walk and has our favourite local, the Sylvan Post, and the delightful Aga's cafe/deli. Sydenham High Street is also under 10 minutes away with the brilliant Greyhound pub and all the amenities you need. Crystal Palace and it’s wonderful park, shops and Everyman cinema is 10 minutes on the bus and East Dulwich / Peckham are also short bus rides away. For families, the wonderful Wells Park and Sydenham Woods are both a 10 minute walk away and are real hidden gems.
