What do you love most about your home?
We love the features of the rooms - high ceilings, large sash windows which overlook the London skyline in winter and trees in the summer, the more traditional cornicing and dado rail running throughout the property. The rooms are spacious and we are able to fit in all our furniture without feeling cramped. Very friendly block of flats with lovely people - and very pet friendly! (There are now 5 dogs!)

Why are you moving?
I have left my job in Canary Wharf and am training to be a florist in Bedfordshire, so no longer need to be by the city. We also would like to have more space for our dog and be in a much more rural location.

What do you love about the area?
We also love the location - close to Sydenham station for both overground lines and national rail, so getting into the office was 35 minutes door to door. We are situated on the park and a few minutes drive from Sydenham / Dulwich woods, so lots of greenery and space in the area. We also are a 15 minute walk from Crystal Palace triangle - we loved going for dinner on the triangle, drinks at the Faber Fox followed by dancing to a live band at Westow House on a Friday night! During the week you cannot beat a coffee from Brown and Green in the park, during a dog walk.
