COMMENTS FROM THE SELLER
What do you love most about your home?
The house has plenty of natural light throughout the whole day. The big sash windows are definitely a great feature of the flat: the front view on trees and wide streets makes the environment very peaceful and relaxed. The rooms are spacious and well proportioned, the huge wardrobe space and separate kitchen are also a big plus.
Why are you moving?
I am going to start a new job, which will require me to be closer to the city centre. If I could move my flat with me, I definitely would!
What do you love about the area?
You are indeed spoiled with choices here. The area is very green: the Horniman Gardens is just 10-minute walk, and if you feel like walking more, you can reach Dulwich Park in about 20-25 minutes. The area around the station is vibrant with cafes and pubs. If you are in the arts, Havelock Road offers a lineup of independent workshops. There are also a few annual Artists' Open Door events and festivals organized in Forest Hill, Sydhenham and Dulwich. Crystal Palace and Dulwich are just a bus ride away. If you feel like going central, The Overground and Train Station is just 5-6 minute walk.
