What do you love most about your home?
It's bright and airy, quiet and calm. Top floor so very little noise. Loft space is brilliant for storage, the rooms are a really nice shape and size. We have lovely neighbours. It has always felt like a sanctuary. And there is a huge shared garden around the back.

Why are you moving?
After living here for an entire decade, we are now moving out of London to be closer to family and the sea!

What do you love about the area?
We feel like West Dulwich is a little-known gem. The area is all you could want, super safe and friendly and everything you need nearby, plus great pubs in the area. There are 4 train stations within walking distance, that will take you or connect you to anywhere you need to get to. Close to parks, delis, cafes, shops. Plentiful, free parking on the road and the bus goes by and you can hail it or jump off right outside. Fave places include any of the local delis, Scotch meats and Oddbins, Knowles of Norwood, Indian Dining Club; and all that nearby areas like Crystal Palace and East Dulwich have to offer.
