What do you love most about your home?
The flat is incredibly light and seeing the sunrise from the kitchen and the sunset from the lounge never fails to disappoint. Being on the top floor is not only secure but adds extra space both with the internal staircase and the fantastic storage in the lofts. Good-sized rooms.

Why are you moving?
After living here for 7 years I have outgrown the flat and also don't like staying in one place for too long!

What do you love about the area?
Everything is on the doorstep, literally. Next door to one side is a lovely coffee shop/cafe and on the other side, a great independent wine retailer! Across the road you will find the friendly dry cleaner, a post office, Tesco, an Italian restaurant and much more (and that's not including the Triangle at the top of the hill). And of course, just around the corner is the famous Crystal Palace Park and the train station which is a mere 90 seconds walk away.
