What do you love most about your home? We love that, although we're in a flat, there is nobody above or below us and we only have neighbours on one side. Being in a small block of four flats means that we benefit from a quiet and friendly atmosphere. The huge windows and glass door make the entire flat feel really light and spacious. The south-facing balcony is a brilliant sun trap for most of the year, and the shared garden has been a blessing during lockdown.

Why are you moving? We're moving to live somewhere with a second bedroom. This flat has been a brilliant first home right in the middle of Peckham but we're looking for more space next.

What do you love about the area? Despite being so close to central London (London Bridge is 10 mins on the train), there are so many green spaces nearby. We love that we can stroll to Nunhead Cemetery, Peckham Rye or Telegraph Hill Park. In non-COVID times all of our favourite pubs and restaurants are within walking distance (Forza Wine, Mr Bao, Ganapati, 400 Rabbits, Brick Brewery to name a few) and in COVID times they all deliver here.
