What do you love most about your home?
The large, bright living room with its high ceilings and sash windows really stood out when we bought the property. We loved the separate kitchen diner which is now bright, spacious and modern. Having our own entrance from the street and being on the corner plot were also big ticks.

Why are you moving?
We are moving out of London back to Yorkshire to be closer to family.

What do you love about the area?
Blackbird Bakery is a great place to pick up some fresh pastries and your morning coffee, whilst Kudu is a perfect restaurant for a celebration with friends. Plus it's only a short walk to all the bars and restaurants Peckham has to offer. We love that the flat is really close to green spaces, with both Peckham Rye and Burgess Park less than a 15-minute walk away. We're also spoilt for choice with transport links into town - we can get to Victoria, London Bridge, Shoreditch High Street and Clapham Junction directly from Peckham.
