What do you love most about your home? The main bedroom is big, and the flat feels spacious with its 3 bedrooms, generous living areas and ample storage space. The rooms are well illuminated with natural light/big windows and the sunsets look spectacular from our balcony. It is a quiet area that feels safe and comfortable, with friendly neighbours.

Why are you moving? Although the flat has a great sun-trap balcony, we'd like more outdoor space, so we feel it is time for us to find a house with a garden.

What do you love about the area? Peckham has become a very cool, arty and vibrant area full of cafes, bars, restaurants, bakeries and interesting things to do and see. The high street, with plenty of shops, markets and a great cinema, is a 10 min walk away and Peckham Rye overground station is just 15 minutes. Burgess Park, with its lovely lake and cafe, is right around the corner. There are flea and ceramics markets in Copeland park every few weeks which we love to visit, and excellent restaurants like Ganapati and Peckham Bazaar. We have a little off-license shop 5 min away, quick access to Elephant and Castle by bus, and central London in just 40 minutes. The area has everything you could want close by: fun, quiet, nature, good food, nice pubs and great transport links.
