What do you love most about your home?
We most love how airy the space feels. We love how much light the flat receives, especially being on the top floor! The treelined view gives us a bit of privacy and views of wood pigeons in springtime. The balcony is especially nice during summers. We kept some of the decorative wooden floors that the previous owners have laid. There's also a sizeable office or storage space, which has been great for working from home. For commuting, it's been great too - as the station is 3-4 minutes away.

We are moving because we want to start a family and need bigger space.

What do you love about the area?
We are foodies so the area provided us with lots of opportunities to go out with friends and family. Queen's Road Peckham has the lovely Black Bird bakery (do great granolas and pumpkin spiced lattes during the autumn time!) and Kudu, as well as Beer Rebellion, the list goes on. Nunhead and Peckham High Street are close too - boasting a variety of cuisines, wineries and bars. If you are a gardener, the Nunhead Gardener gives you a great selection of unique plants too. We love that there are environmentally conscious grocers (BYO) nearby too. Camberwell is also close by, and great for nights out. It also has the famous Silk Road restaurant.
