Comments from the owner:
- Top 3 things you love about your home?
- The space- We found when looking for an apartment, it was very rare to find somewhere with as much space and natural light as our flat has (1,108 Sq Foot) This has meant we have been able to live very comfortably in the flat for a number of years
- The character of the flat- Its old but new charm made it stand out for us, we felt it was truly unique with a rich history and still love the building now and how it looks so different to all the other new build flats
- The intimate feel- with only 8 flats in the building, it's the first time we have lived in London and got to know our neighbours and formed a community.
- Top 3 things you love about the area?
- Proximity to Greenwich and Blackheath: Greenwich and Blackheath are just a short walk away. We often spend our weekends strolling to these charming areas, enjoying the cafes, pubs, and vibrant community life. The rich history and greenery of Greenwich, combined with the quaint charm of Blackheath, have made for countless memorable weekends.
- The Hidden Gem - Ladywell: Ladywell is just a five-minute walk from our apartment and offers delightful amenities. Ladywell Park is a scenic 40- minute walking loop and has been our go-to spot for leisurely strolls. The local restaurants and boutique coffee shops along the high street are amazing, our particular favourite is Wilsons that serves fantastic food and lovely wine. Additionally, the high street comprises up-market barbers and hair/beauty salons along with Meat Jon, a top-notch award winning free-range butcher who has been our trusted source for quality meats.
- The convenient location, we can get across london via the overground trains really easily, London bridge within 10 mins and the trains are very regular. Lewisham shopping centre has all the amenities you may need on the doorstep which has made day to day living here very easy.
