Full description

Accommodation comprises entrance hall with inbuilt storage cupboard, leading into the bright and spacious open plan reception/kitchen with ample space for relaxing and dining, and direct access onto the private enclosed balcony. The kitchen area comprises a modern range of matching wall and base units with work surfaces incorporating inset sink unit. Fully integrated appliances including gas hob and extractor, electric oven, fridge freezer, washer dryer and dishwasher. There is a spacious double bedroom with full height window and a stylish bathroom with modern suite and elegant tiling. This fabulous modern apartment also provides occupants access to the lovely communal roof terrace.

The property is enviably located in a prime West Greenwich position on the edge of Deptford Creek, just a short walk from Greenwich station providing excellent overground and DLR connections into Central London and the City. Greenwich itself provides an array of shops, fashionable bars, cafes and restaurants, as well as a selection of regular markets, the iconic site of the Cutty Sark, beautiful Greenwich Park and the Royal Observatory.

What do you love most about your home?
Having lived here as an individual and now with my fiancée, I've found the flat's space to be very fitting for our living standards. There's enough space for both of us, and there was plenty when it was just me. The location of our home is definitely a massive positive - less than 5 minutes' walk away from Greenwich Overground/DLR station door to platform, and less than 5 from Waitrose and its river Thames views. When you have a tad more time, the beautiful Greenwich Park is just 10-minute walk away.

Why are you moving?
Having been born at Greenwich hospital and living further SE London during my entire childhood, I always envisaged living in Greenwich. It's been a wonderful experience so far, and although I wish to stay here, I'm planning to start a family and want to live in a house towards SW London - to be closer to work and my partner's family.

What do you love about the area?
The local amenities and Greenwich charm are up there with best places south of the river. The smaller independent shops, local markets, great Thames river path walking/cycling, a splendid royal park, which is arguably the best park in London so close by, are reasons why I love this area.
