What do you love most about your home?
It's a hat trick: the quality of the finish, the flexibility of the layout, and the location in SE1 (on the border of zone 1, only 0.2 miles from the planned extension to the Bakerloo line and close to Bermondsey's eateries, drinkeries, boutiques and craft markets). You can either use the flat as a 1 double bedroom with separate office / lounge, or 2 double bedrooms. I've done both.
The space is light inside and out, with bright wood floors and a private south-west facing balcony overlooking a peaceful grassy area. A rare treat for central London. I'll miss the sunsets!

Why are you moving? Having become a family of 4, we need more space.

What do you love about the area? Crol Cafe, just round the corner, is a real home from home. By day they do incredible homemade pastries.
