What do you love most about your home?
The thing we love most about the house is the space and how light and airy it is. The abundance of natural light makes this house feel very open even on a dull and grey day. We have comfortably hosted large family gathering and BBQs on sunny days in this house many times.
Why are you moving?
We both are actually very sad about the idea of leaving this house, but being closer to family at this stage is important to us.
What do you love about the area?
The proximity to abundant retail parks, IKEA and Lakeside :) that are very close to the house, without being right next door. So the home feels very residential while having everything nearby. Very quick access to London. 40 minutes to Fenchurch Street. The estate management of the Rookery development does a great job at keeping the development looking clean and tidy, and their charges are very reasonable ~£11/month.
