The loft is light and bright and I love that you can see right across London, past the Trellik tower to the Shard. It's a great place to work. Or hide from noisy children. Why are you moving? We're moving out of London to be closer to family. It's been a tough decision as we love the area and have so many good friends here. The kids are very happy at school and we'll have a hard time matching the quality of the education that Ark Franklin provides. It's been the perfect place to bring up our young family. We'll really miss Kensal! What do you love about the area? There's a great sense of community. It's quiet and safe but interesting and diverse. And we're so close to everything - we can walk to school, walk to Portobello, walk to Queens Park. The Moberly sports centre opened recently just across the road which has amazing facilities including swimming, soft play and kids clubs in the holidays. The high street has lots of shops, cafes and pubs. Wildcard opened recently just round the corner which does the best coffee. I wish we could take them with us...
