Comments from the owner:
Top 3 things you love about your home
We absolutely love our open plan kitchen/ living room, particularly the high ceilings which create an extra sense of space and the floor to ceiling balcony doors which fill the room with light. On a warm day, they are always open making the place feel even more bright and airy than usual. Being on the first floor we benefit from a lovely view over the trees while at the same time we have the unusual advantage of not being overlooked and all the additional light and privacy that affords.
The utility/study proved itself to be invaluable to us during lockdown as it made working from home without distractions from the children immediately possible. It's based at the rear of the property so is extremely quiet and full of light and you can even see trees from regent's park in the distance, making it an incredibly peaceful place to work. It's also a great space for doing the laundry as washing dries so quickly in there in the sunlight and the noise from the machines is isolated from the main flat!
We love that the flat is housed in one of the oldest buildings in Gloucester Avenue but has been modernised over the years to achieve a truly contemporary feel while still retaining its period charm with features like the juliet balcony.

Three things we love about the area...
. Views from the top of Primrose hill and the village - just a lovely place to walk around any day of the week… lots of options for great coffee but The Bread Pedlar is worth a visit for the delicious pastries it serves up too!
. Chalcot square - has a lovely neighbourhood vibe, like being in a communal garden. Just perfect for families with little kids!
. Regent's Park - the beautiful trees, walking down the boulevard, the boating lake, the children's play areas, the zoo…unbeatable on a summer's day
