I love that the living room has a peaceful view, which is especially stunning in spring when the trees are in blossom in the court below - it provides a sense of peace even whilst being in the heart of the city and this is added to by the quiet neighbours Why are you moving? I am moving home because I would like a third bedroom so that when friends and family from out of London come to visit they have somewhere to stay. The flat has been a great space to entertain friends over the years - all the way from one other person through to a dozen! What do you love about the area? I love that there are some good-sized green spaces nearby, including Caledonian Park, whilst the flat is still only thirty seconds from the nearest tube station. There are also some nearby independent coffee shops just down the road including the ever-popular Sunday cafe. If those don't appeal there are the homely pubs of Barnsbury and the plethora of facilities in Kings Cross, Upper Street and Holloway Road all within walking distance. The immediate area around the flat is also undergoing further improvement and modernisation which should bring further dining options and facilities to the doorstep of the flat.
