Full description
A stylish, one bedroom apartment which has been significantly upgraded in recent years moments from Caledonian Road station.
This top floor apartment is flooded with natural light and has an abundance of character and charm. The owner has tastefully finished the property to a high standard throughout with a well thought out design to maximise the space, including a bespoke kitchen with a breakfast bar and smart study area. The bedroom is to the rear of the property overlooking the garden so it is quiet and the owner has had fitted wardrobes installed.
The property benefits from a 999 year lease, share of freehold, and low maintenance costs making this an attractive purchase.
Caledonian Road station (Piccadilly line) which is just one stop from Kings Cross St Pancras is a few minutes walk away providing transport connections across London. There are also numerous restaurants, bars and cafes within walking distance and Caledonian Park is a lovely place to sit and relax on a summer's day.
Some words from the owner:
What do you love most about your home/property?
Two things:
The sun shines through the living room window in the morning and it's such a lovely start to the day - perfect to lounge with a coffee before getting on with the day.
The second is the WFH set up. Having a designated quiet office space which isn't in a living room or bedroom is key for me!
Why are you selling?
I bought the property in 2020 and having done a lot of work upgrading the property including putting in a new kitchen, flooring and building my WFH space which I absolutely love I will be sad to leave, but my partner and I would like to buy a bigger place together where we can start a family.
What do you love about the area?
There is Caravan Coffee just a short walk away where they do the best coffee and great food - and always have a biscuit for the dog! The general location is amazing for almost everything! It's perfectly placed for work and social - 20 minutes to the city for work, Upper Street/Angel just a short walk or bus away for plenty of pubs and shops and 20 minutes to the West End/Soho.
