A stunning, two bedroom apartment with spectacular views in this impressive period property on Carleton Road, N7.
The apartment which boasts 3m high ceilings and large sash windows offers a wonderful place to live with light filled rooms and a sense of complete privacy. From the moment you enter the property you notice the far reaching views from the bay window that expands the width of the reception. The owner has created a space that works well for the apartment with a dining area and also space to relax as you get to the rear of the room where you can look onto the communal garden, also home to a lovely mature tree as its centerpiece. The apartment further features a separate kitchen, two double bedrooms with the principal room having fitted wardrobes and a modern bathroom. It is worth mentioning that all rooms look over the rear garden or side of the property making it very quiet.
Carleton Road is a peaceful and quiet street, close to independent shops on Brecknock Road and Fortess Road making it an incredibly popular location.Transport connections are excellent being serviced by Kentish Town (Northern & Thameslink) and Tufnell Park (Northern) just a short walk away.
What the owner has said:
WHAT I LOVE MOST ABOUT THE FLAT. I will miss this flat. In particular, I love the utterly spectacular view. The flat is rare in that it isn't overlooked, sitting above Tufnell park with expansive views across Tufnell Park and up to Highgate Hill. There is a large shared garden with a beautiful tree which stands tall above the property. In the summer the flat is filled with light with views of the gloriously green leaves. The flat is a great space - for entertaining and hosting. I have also rented out the spare bedroom on occasion.
WHY ARE YOU SELLING? We are starting a family and need more space for children.
WHAT I LOVE MOST ABOUT THE AREA - The flat is in a great location, so easy to get to central London (I walk to work) but moreover, close to Hampstead Heath, where I go walking every weekend, and when possible, every day. There are 2 close tube stops, Kentish Town and Tufnell Park, with plenty of shops. Tufnell Park in particular boasts lovely cafes, and boutiques. It is also 25-30 min walk to Granary Square and Kings Cross, with all the new amenities on offer.
