What do you love most about your home? The size. Both bedrooms are large and the main reception room is enormous, so we can socialise, host, cook and relax in comfort. And with an underground car park and a large lift, it's so easy to live here (especially with a baby). Modern flats are also so much simpler to maintain - everything works and is finished to a high standard, particularly since we refurbished in January.
Why are you moving? My wife's maternity leave ends soon so we're looking to move further north to be closer to parent support.
What do you love about the area? This area has it all. Top class neighbourhood amenities - butcher, fromagerie and fishmonger on Highbury Barn, comfy pubs, great brunch spots and some fantastic restaurants are all within walking distance. We've enjoyed long walks through Highbury Fields and around Clissold Park, and getting into central London is quick and easy from Arsenal and to the City takes 10 minutes from Drayton Park. There's a Tesco Metro and Waitrose within walking distance, and Upper Street has been great for bars, restaurants and boutique gym classes and for my wife and the baby for meeting up with her baby groups.
