Without a doubt the light that the apartment has is one of its highlights. The floor plan is also very well thought of and works well. The safety of the building and the ease to coordinate with porter or staff any specific needs.
Why are you selling?
Having owned the apartment since 2000 we have so many fond memories of the area and have seen it change and improve so much. We now feel like it is time for a change so have bought a new apartment up in Hampstead to start the next chapter.
What do you love about the area?
We have always loved the are, it is conveniently located close to Emirates Stadium and just a couple of minutes walk from Arsenal underground (Piccadilly) and Drayton Park overground, as well as Highbury and Islington Underground. Highbury Fields is a very nice and attractive park that is less than 5 minutes away by foot. Also walking distance to Upper Street and all the area has to offer.
